Start from TROGIR / SPLIT

The pick up takes place at the arranged meeting point or from our main MEETING POINT in Trogir. Our travel starts driving through the boarder between the Dalmatian coast and the hinterland. We will go upstream to our first destination Mostar city. In Mostar, our local tour guide will  introduce you with a great history of this city known as a window of the Orient. We will visit the old Baazar, full of picturesque shops and workshops, the Mosque and after that we’ll enjoy a walk along the famous Turkish bridge from the 16th century after which the town was named (most- bridge). You will have free time for shopping and the opportunity to taste authentic Bosnian specialities like ćevapi, pita or burek. Then through the wild beauty of Bosnia and Herzegovina we come to our final destination, a famous pilgrimage center in this part of Europe which is called Medjugorje. For pilgrims and those who are looking for something spiritual there is a Holy Mass and a visit to Mount of Apparation where Virgin Mary appeared to children in 1981 for the first time. The tour guide provides all the information you need to discover this area. After this beautiful expirience we go back. The trip can be adjusted according to your wishes.

The Old Bridge of Mostar – its profile and its skyline were so thin and so high over the river waters that it was hardly to believe that such a structure could be worked out of huge stone blocks. Built in tenelija stone, it was of a light tone colour, bright and changing during daytime depending on sun colours.
Turkish house or Biscevica corner – one of the most beautiful preserved residential structures from the Turkish period, surrounded by the high walls which protected girls and women from curIn. Interior is a special space which separates men from women.

Mosque – most beautiful and the biggest mosque in Herzegovina, built in 1557. In the second world war it was severely damaged, and in the last Yugoslav-war it was almost completely destroyed. Today the mosque is rebuilt and ready to receive visitors again.
